These terms apply to the use of the EventHub platform, which enables competitions, events and their organization. By registering, you accept these rules.

EventHub provides tools for creating, managing and promoting events. The actual execution and legal responsibility for an event lies with the respective organizer.

You undertake not to make false statements, not to infringe the rights of third parties and not to distribute content that violates applicable law. In particular, gambling, fraudulent offers and illegal activities are prohibited.

EventHub is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. We assume no responsibility for the content and processes of events created by users.

If you violate these terms, we may suspend your access without prior notice. You can cancel your registration at any time by email to info@thecompetitionmenu.com.

We reserve the right to adjust these terms. We will inform you of material changes by email or by a notice on the platform. If you do not object within four weeks, the new terms will be deemed accepted.
