Registration is done via the participant form on the respective event page. After selecting the competition and entering your data, you will receive a confirmation by email. If you have any questions, the on-site support team will help.
Generally, a valid photo ID is sufficient. For team competitions, a list of team members is also required. Special requirements are stated in the event's announcement.
Yes, free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the event starts. After that, a processing fee of 10 euros will be charged. Please send the cancellation by email to the organization team.
The draw takes place publicly and transparently on the day of the event. Each participant receives a starting number, which is assigned randomly. For some formats, there is a seeding list based on previous achievements.
Yes, a catering area with drinks and snacks is available for all participants. Special dietary requirements can be indicated during registration. The costs are included in the participation fee.
All results are published on the event page and in the community after the competition concludes. Participants also receive a personal performance overview by email. Data protection is, of course, maintained.
